Brazil's Bolsonaro says DiCaprio offered money 'to set Amazon ablaze'

Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro has blamed Hollywood entertainer Leonardo DiCaprio for "offering cash to set the Amazon ablaze".

The president gave no proof yet in the past has blamed NGOs basic for his arrangements of lighting fires that desolated the rainforest this year.
